Beginning a new principalship makes for an extremely busy time with so many new responsibilities – so much to do and learn. You need to know about how your new school currently works, as well as making plans for how you will provide the leadership to help it move on to the next level. When the MLTI is added to the mix, and one-to-one computing is not something you have had experience with as a building leader, there are some things it would be helpful for you to know.
